While the fees and costs are very comparable to title companies, when you use Tenney Law, you will have an attorney lead you through every step of the purchase or sale:

-reviewing your contract and answering questions

-working with realtors and buyers and sellers on contract language

-advising and smoothing the way through the inspection process

-survey review and analysis

-ordering and reviewing necessary estoppels

-title review and ensuring you have clear title by drafting and completing any legal documents required

-seller finance documentation

-coordination with your lender

-preparation and walking you through your closing statement

Selling or buying property can be stressful, but our goal is always to walk you through it in the most efficient and stress free way possible.

Fees:

Buyers (if Buyers are responsible for purchasing title insurance): $300.00 closing fee plus title insurance (which is set at a Florida promulgated rate based on the purchase prince, and will not vary based on the closing agent)

​

Sellers: Flat fee of $800.00 for Residential Real Estate sale.

​

*Court processes like probate or other legal processes required to clear title may result in additional fees at an hourly rate
